About the Role
We are currently seeking Aged Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver person-centered care to elderly residents across aged care settings in Melbourne and Geelong. This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to choose when and where they work while contributing to the wellbeing of older Australians.

Your Responsibilities

✔ Provide high-quality, person-centred care in residential aged care facilities
✔ Administer medications and monitor vital signs
✔ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
✔ Provide emotional support to patients and families
✔ Ensure compliance with all industry and facility regulations
✔ Participate in shift work including morning, afternoon, and night shifts

Key Requirements

✅ Current AHPRA registration
✅ Minimum 1-year paid experience in aged care
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Current National Police Check & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Full immunisation history
✅ Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to update)
