Your Role as a Scrub Scout
As a vital part of the surgical team, you will:

• Select and pass surgical instruments with accuracy and confidence
• Maintain a sterile environment and prioritise patient safety
• Anticipate surgical needs — you know your instruments and when they’re needed
• Conduct accurate post-op counts of tools and sponges
• Thrive in high-pressure situations — especially with major orthopaedic procedures

• At least 12 months of paid Scrub Scout experience
• Must have Major Ortho Experience
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Current Police Check & WWCC
• Full immunisation history
• Flexible Availability for at least 2 shifts per week
